At CuddlyCub shop, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something isn't right with your order, please reach out to our customer support team and we'll do our best to help.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide:

• Your order number

• A description of the problem

• Clear photos of the product

• A short video showing the problem when appropriate

• Photos of the shipping package if it arrived damaged

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Returns for Change of Mind

We accept returns for eligible unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

• The product must be in its original packaging.

• All accessories and included items must be returned.

• The product must not show signs of use, damage, or alteration.

• You must contact CuddlyCubshop and receive return instructions before sending the product back.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Some products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene considerations, or other applicable restrictions.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Returns may not be accepted for products that:

• Have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

• Are missing their original packaging or accessories

• Were damaged through misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions

• Are returned without prior authorization

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow your bank or payment provider additional processing time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required to be refunded under applicable law.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Return Instructions

Please do not send products back to the address shown on the package or to a fulfillment warehouse without contacting CuddlyCubshop first.

After your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Exchanges

We generally do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product or variant, you may return the eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Because orders may enter fulfillment shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation can be completed once an order has entered processing or shipment.

If your order has already shipped, our normal return policy will apply.
